MCPS World Language Textbook Review

Montgomery County Public Schools 

has been in the process of identifying a new textbook series 

for adoption of Grades 8-12 World Language teacher/student resources. 

World Language teachers have reviewed five different options and have unanimously selected the following series for adoption:

Carnegie Learning

French - T’es branché?

German - Deutsch Aktuell

Spanish - ¡Qué chévere!

 Hardcopy samples are located at the School Board Office 

and are available for public viewing 

beginning February 28th through March 18, 2022

Daily 8:00-4:30

(Evening Options 5:00-7:00 pm on March 3rd, 10th, and 17th)

Viewers are asked to complete a feedback form that is available 

on the display table with the series samples.

****As a reminder, visitors to the SBO must follow all mitigation requirements.****

Viewers using the website may link to a survey and provide feedback electronically.
